Salvatore’s
Salvatore’s is classified as the old
fashioned pizzeria. Since 1978 Salvatore Fantauzzo started his own pizza
business while he was still in high school. The seventeen year old had
gained a number of years’ experience working in various positions after
his father passed away in 1972. Now one of the best places to eat pizza
not only in New York but in the United States as well.

Russo’s New York Pizzeria
Formally Russo’s Italian Restaurant,
this New York Pizzeria evolved to serving one of the best pizzas not
only in New York City but in the United States since 1992. The original
owner Anthony Russo is a first generation Italian immigrant. He opened
the first family restaurant in 1978. Now Russo’s has 25 locations across
the USA.
Roberta’s in Brooklyn
Operating from out of a former garage
this Brooklyn pizza restaurant serves one of the most memorable pizzas
in the US. Simple fresh ingredients baked on freshly made dough; just
the right thickness flavorful and mouthwatering. You have got to visit

Tacconelli’s Pizzeria
Imagine your pizza being made in an
original brick oven. In 1918 when Giovanni Tacconelli migrated from
Italy there were no electric ovens and gas oven were out of the
question. He started off by baking bread with his sons but soon they
were all drafted in the army and he was left to do the business on his
own so he decided to make pizzas instead. The oven which he used was
built by him underwent extensive repairs in 1992. Still a small family
business each pizza is made fresh to order.
